Time to listen to THE TALK – exclusive to Salon Smart HUB

Grab your headphones and tune into the Salon Smart HUB podcast THE TALK – a series of probing conversations between industry pros, exploring and deliberating business topics pertinent to the environments in which they operate. Episode four has just dropped – let’s hear it!

For episode four of Salon Smart HUB’s THE TALK, we invited partners in life as well as work, Dylan and Charlotte Bradshaw, into the recording studio to share their reflections on business past and present, and the changes they’re implementing as the salon approaches it’s 21st birthday.

Located in the heart of Dublin’s city centre, the statuesque, state of the art Dylan Bradshaw salon is a sight to behold – and offering a comprehensive mix of hair and beauty services and experiences to its loyal client base, delivered across six stunning storeys by a staff of 27, as well as 24/7 access for clients to hundreds of professional products via the online boutique, it delivers! But the pandemic brought core practices into sharp focus and gave creative director Dylan and managing director Charlotte a chance to review and rethink every aspect of their business empire.

In a frank, funny and full-throttle exchange, hear from the pair about working smarter not harder, following their own lead, and putting staff (not clients) first.

Sit back and tune in – the Bradshaws bring it!
