Editorial colourist and Creative HEAD’s Most Wanted Colour Expert 2022 (and the Creative HEAD It List ‘It Girl’ and ‘Visionary’ in 2018), Grace Dalgleish was born into a family of eight Hairdressers. She’s known for her edgy experimentations, she loves to work on new trends and developing interesting colour formations and ideas using a unique approach. She has taught courses across Asia and Europe and been featured in multiple leading magazines such as Hunger, 10 Magazine, Creative HEAD and In Fringe. Grace shares her passion for colour through Grace Dalgleish Education.
JC Aucamp, Salon Sustainability | LESSONS IN CREATIVITY
Founder of Salon Sustainability, salon-owner and award-winning colourist JC Aucamp will be sharing the changes salons can make to become more sustainable spaces. As well as showcasing some of the innovative and creative ways Salon Sustainability is taking steps towards a greener future, JC will offer his practical tips on how we can all play our part in creating a more planet-friendly hair industry.

Founder and Director of Content Kweens Ben Lifton is best known in the hair and beauty industry for inspiring and empowering business owners to create engaging social media content which converts followers into loyal paying clients. Alongside being a fully qualified hairdresser and former Marketing Manager at Jamie Oliver Limited, Ben’s background is in branding, design and marketing. Content Kweens launched in 2021, and he has since educated over 2,500+ hair and beauty professionals worldwide, equipping students with the tools and tricks to grow their brands by applying design, content creation and social media marketing initiatives.
Quentin Taillepied | LESSONS IN CREATIVITY
Hailing from a small town called Compiegne in France, Quentin started at a local salon at 14 and was soon entering local competitions and working with up-and-coming photographers. At 20 a move to Edinburgh meant he could fully embrace his individuality, and he found his feet working at Stag. As well as running a full column and training newbies, Quentin loves to play with creativity including drag, drawing, photography, wigs, sculpture, film and shoots. Constantly driven to try new things, his love of nature is a constant inspiration. Quentin was crowned ‘The Visionary’ in Creative HEAD’s It List Awards 2022.
Darren Fowler from fowler35 for L’Oréal Professionnel Paris | LESSONS IN CREATIVITY
Darren Fowler is a multi-award-winning hairdresser, and owner of fowler35, a boutique studio in London’s buzzing Fitzrovia. As a hair designer who encompasses cut, colour and styling, Darren’s varied work sees him managing his successful studio and team, designing hair backstage at London Fashion Week, creating the hair for the characters his celebrity clientele inhabit on film and TV, and prepping his celebrity clients for red-carpet appearances. He’s also a business coach with a passion for helping fellow hairdressers find their purpose to build a brand and business that shares their personal beliefs and values.
Louis Bryne, International Hairstylist | CARE & WELLBEING IN THE WORKPLACE PANELLIST
Louis Byrne is a multi-award-winning international hair stylist and founder of empowerment and motivational movement I can I am and I will (ICIAIW). He has worked on catwalk shows for top fashion brands including Chanel and Balenciaga, editorial shoots for Vogue and Harpers Bazaar and campaigns for Net-a-Porter and Nike. Louis is the personal hair stylist for Emma Willis, Vicky McClure and many more actors, models and musicians. His passion for people’s wellbeing and creating beautiful imagery blended together to create ICIAIW that empowers people to own their identity and completely embrace who and what they are in a positive way.

With over 18 years in the industry, Jo has a wealth of experience including being a skilled colourist and L’Oréal Colour Specialist, a previous member of the prestigious L'Oréal ID artist team, and part of the L’Oréal Colour Specialist Connective team. She opened YOKE in Plymouth with her husband Steve in 2018 and has built a culture driven by passion and purpose. Claire has over 20 years' experience as a hairdresser and has been a salon-owner for four. Paul Hession is one of the leading figures in Irish hairdressing winning multiple awards both as an individual, and with the team at his family business Hession Hairdressing. With three salons and a team of 60+, Paul works tirelessly to ensure his salons are the place to go for beautiful hair in and around Dublin. He has also worked across fashion, advertising, music and TV. Decades of experience working with, training and managing a team have bought many insights into how to get the best out of people in the workplace, and how to create a strong dynamic people-led business.
