Josh Miller – son of Charlie – has played a vital role in the growth of the group throughout his 26 years in the business. Markedly, as joint managing director, his expertise has proved pivotal in the implementation of the key operational, administrative and financial processes behind the firm’s recent expansion.

Josh’s brother Jason and his wife India lead the Charlie Miller artistic team. From directing the salons’ photographic imagery and presenting on the world’s stage (Mondial Coiffure Beauté, Hair Expo, The Alternative Hair Show…) to styling A-list actresses including Tilda Swinton and America Ferrera and leading the hair team backstage at the MTV Europe Music Awards, their schedule is extensive and their work integral to the image and success of the Charlie Miller brand.
