Multiple business owner Carolyn opened her Chichester salon, Creations, more than 20 years ago – and steadily grew it into the successful operation it is today.
Employing 40 staff, and experiencing the ups and downs of business – not to mention the changes in economic climates along the way – Carolyn has a gained a huge knowledge and understanding of best practice, which she shares with other salons across the UK as a sought-after business coach.
