Richard Lambert is chief executive of the National Hair and Beauty Federation, having joined the organisation in 2020 following his role as chief executive of the National Landlords Association. Familiar with influential work, Richard spent the first 10 years of his career working as a parliamentary civil servant in the House of Commons, where he was involved in aspects of interparliamentary affairs and legislative processes, followed by a brief spell in commercial lobbying and a move into trade associations.
Richard is incredibly well-accomplished having received both the Trade Association Forum’s Best Practice Award for Outstanding Contribution and the Association Excellence Silver Award for Best Leadership in 2019. Alongside all else, Richard is also a committed Fellow of the Institute of Association Leadership and the Royal Society of Arts.
