This policy (together with our terms of use and any other documents referred to in it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. The sponsor will be clearly named in the text next to the tick box and if the box is not ticked no personal identifiable data will be shared. If you do choose to tick the box the data will only be shared with the sponsor and will only be used by that sponsor for their own marketing purposes.

The only case in which another organisation will have access to your information is to analyse or process it as described under the heading “How We Store and Process Your Information” above. No organisation will be allowed to use your information for its own purposes without your permission.

We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.

KEEPING OUR RECORDS ACCURATE
We aim to keep our information about you as accurate as possible, but we depend on you to update your personal information whenever necessary. If you have any other query relating to your information, please contact us as set out below.

YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to request a copy of any personal information we hold about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. We charge £10 for information requests and we will ask you to prove your identity with two 2 pieces of approved photographic identification. We will use reasonable efforts to supply, correct or delete personal information about you on our files. Our site may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates.
