Giorgia began her career in Australia at leading global management consultancy firm McKinsey & Co – where she quickly realised that booking hair and beauty treatments over the phone was not a particularly delightful experience! She moved to New York City to launch a beauty bookings marketplace and ran LookBooker as the company’s founder for almost five years. In her role as Chief Operating Officer at Treatwell, Giorgia is responsible for partner strategy, overseeing the sales, customer service and account management teams, who work with the 20,000+ partners who choose to work beautifully with Treatwell every day.
