TO ENTER, YOU MUST SUBMIT:
2x case studies – written (max 3x A4 pages each, PDF file) 1x photo of you (JPEG or PNG image file)
OR video (max 4 mins, MP4 video file – smart phone footage is fine)
Introduce yourself and outline your skills, passions, specialisms, and achievements as an independent hair professional. Provide information about your career journey to date – who you’ve worked with and for, and talk about the kinds of projects you are booking and the ways you are building networks. Include imagery to illustrate, as relevant.
Describe in detail two freelance projects, successfully completed by you, since 31 March 2022, which demonstrate the calibre and variety of your work. Examples could include hosting a sell-out seminar, leading the hair team on a high-profile shoot, or collaborating on a big brand campaign. Back up with evidence of success and include imagery to illustrate, as relevant.
Provide testimonials and other comment/feedback from collaborators, to prove to the judges you’re a covetable commodity.
This photo will be used to represent you should you make the final, so must be good quality, high resolution and cleared for use by Creative HEAD (print, web, social, live event).
