THE BEST OF UK AND IRISH HAIR TALENT – RIGHT HERE!
Since 2001, Creative HEAD’s Most Wanted awards have catapulted the hairdressing industry’s brightest and most brilliant stars into the spotlight, honouring everyone from creative colourists and runway rebels to local salon heroes, tireless educators, pioneers and trendsetters.
Our 14 categories bring together the worlds of session and salon – the only hairdressing competition to do so – thereby providing an unparalleled opportunity for hair professionals to show off their skills and achievements. Every year, we uncover new industry stars the length and breadth of the country, whether they’re building new and exciting salon spaces, collaborating with fashion designers and magazine editors or creating new looks with hair that simply blow your mind.
Enter Most Wanted and your work will be judged by respected experts across the worlds of hair, fashion, design, media and the arts. This is important as it means your entry will not only be seen by top salon owners, but also by Vogue journalists, fashion professors, dotcom entrepreneurs, leading session stylists and more. Each Most Wanted category has its own hand-picked panel of judges, and we’re confident it’s why we arrive at such interesting and well-deserved winners – game-changers like Sam McKnight, Anthony Turner and Paula McCash, top-performing regional salons like Aberdeen’s Linton & Mac and Waterford’s Lloyds Hair, and the most respected names in men’s hairdressing like Tom Chapman and Darren Fowler.
Win the same Most Wanted category three times, and you become a Most Wanted Legend. This elite title has now been awarded seven times: to Dylan Bradshaw, Sam McKnight (twice), Errol Douglas MBE, Strands Hairdressing, Headmasters and JASHAIRGroup.
The Most Wanted Grand Final puts the world’s best hair professionals in a room with fashion A-listers, leading talent agencies and the most influential beauty editors – no wonder it blows all other hair events out of the water.
