Artistic director Simon has opened up opportunities in the world of session styling and editorials to the Simon Webster Hair team and actively encourages and promotes their external work to develop their own USP, creative tone and specialisms. This creative freedom enhances stylists’ professional fulfilment and builds a culture of collaboration and innovation. Guest spots in-salon by established names in the world of session and avant-garde styling provide those international stylists with a UK base to work from on a drop-in basis, and add another dimension to the melting-pot of talent that is Simon Webster Hair.

The knowledge, experiences and skills of such a professionally rich team translates directly into the salon work and is the basis for the SWH brand USP – combining the familiarity and personalisation of an old-school high-street hairdresser with the professionalism and quality of a high-end salon.

Simon will be speaking alongside SWH business thinker Sophie Webster, brand ambassador Phil Gilbert and guest artist Hannah de Frateschi.
